Nat and Matt here. This blog is about sharing our new adventure with food – the OMS way. Taking on a dairy-free pescatarian diet has certainly had its challenges, especially for people who used to think that flavour was largely about meat and dairy (as the Malcolm in the Middle saying went “Fat is the vehicle through which flavour travels”).

However, we’ve found that eating this way can be pretty damn good and we promise, your body really does stop craving meat and fatty/deep fried food.

Beyond the obvious, we also want to share how to eat this way with minimum fuss and minimum cost – hence the penny-pinching.
